Earthquake of 5.6 Magnitude in Nepal, felt in parts of Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida

A moderate intensity earthquake of magnitude 5.7 on the Richter scale hit Nepal on 9 November 2022.


The epicentre of the earthquake was located near the town of Kalukheti in Nepal, about 448 km from the capital Kathmandu.

The earthquake was felt in parts of Delhi and the National Capital Region (NCR).

There were no immediate reports of any damage or casualties.
